A hands-on approach to couples counselling

Just recently, I've started visiting couples in their homes, to talk and try to better understand the sexual problems they're experiencing. It gives me a far better grasp of their circumstances when I can meet them and see how they interact in their home surroundings. This young couple soon opened up with me their once I'd put them at ease, and they seemed quite grateful when I decided to join them on the bed for a more hands-on approach to the issues.
