DMCA / Copyright Policy
Learn how to file a DMCA or copyright complaint regarding links, thumbnails or embeds shown on BlackCock that point to allegedly infringing content.
General Policy
BlackCock (blackcock.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and content partners to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we will respond to valid copyright infringement notices involving links, thumbnails or embeds that appear on this website.
BlackCock is an indexing and embedding service only. We do not upload, host or store the actual video files on our own servers. All video content is streamed directly from third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by BlackCock.
We Do Not Host Videos
The video players and previews you see on BlackCock are embeds or links provided by external tube sites, cam sites or content platforms. When you press play, you are streaming the video directly from those third-party servers not from BlackCock’s infrastructure.
Therefore, if you wish to have a particular video completely removed from the internet, you must contact the hosting website or producer directly. Our role is limited to indexing and linking; however, we can remove the link, thumbnail or embed from BlackCock when we receive a valid notice.
How to Submit a DMCA / Copyright Notice
To help us process your request quickly, your DMCA or copyright complaint must contain the following information (preferably in English):
- Your full legal name and, if applicable, the name of the company or rightsholder you represent.
- Your contact details, including a valid email address and country of residence.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URLs on BlackCock where the allegedly infringing links, thumbnails or embeds appear (for example, https://blackcock.com/video/…).
- The exact URLs of the third-party sites where the video is actually hosted (if known).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name at the end of the notice is usually considered an electronic signature).
Incomplete or vague notices may be rejected or delayed until you provide the missing information.
Where to Send Your Notice
Please send your complete DMCA or copyright notice to the following contact:
Email (preferred): [email protected]
For security and speed, we recommend sending your notice via email. We may, at our discretion, request additional information or documentation to verify your identity and rights.
What Happens After We Receive a Notice
Once we receive a valid DMCA or copyright notice, BlackCock will:
- Review the complaint to confirm that it contains all required information.
- Locate the reported URLs on BlackCock and verify that they match the described content.
- Disable or remove the relevant links, thumbnails or embeds from our website if appropriate.
- When reasonable, notify the user or partner whose content or link was removed.
Please note that removal from BlackCock does not guarantee removal of the actual video from the internet. You may need to contact the hosting provider or producer directly.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that content or a link was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:
- Your full name and contact details.
- The URLs on BlackCock that were removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence (or another appropriate jurisdiction) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may share the contents of your counter-notification with the original complainant and, when appropriate, restore the removed material or link in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy: BlackCock reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users, partners or sources who repeatedly post or supply links to infringing content, at our sole discretion.
